At Steambrassity, we pour our hearts into crafting your art, and we want you to be absolutely thrilled with it. If things aren't perfect, we are here to make it right.

1. Arrived Damaged? We’ve Got You.
We package our mechanical arts with extreme care (using custom EVA foam), but we know transit can be rough. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [rehaust73@gmail.com] with a quick photo. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund—no hassle, no stress.

2. Changed Your Mind? (14-Day Returns)
Art is subjective. If you receive your piece and feel it’s not quite the right fit for your space, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Simply email us to start the process, and we will provide you with the return instructions to our nearest facility.

Please note: For change-of-mind returns, the item must be in its original packaging, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Because we refuse to use assembly lines, every piece is built by hand. You might notice slight variations in the vintage oxidation or the exact placement of a gear. These aren't flaws—they are the authentic signatures of a one-of-a-kind masterpiece made just for you.

Because every Steambrassity piece is 100% handcrafted to order, we need a little time to forge your artwork. You can expect your order to arrive in about 10 to 17 business days in total.

Here is how the timeline breaks down:

Crafting Time (3-5 Business Days): Once your order is placed, our artisans need a few days to meticulously assemble your mechanical art, conduct quality checks, and secure it in our custom EVA foam packaging.

Shipping Time (7-12 Business Days): To ensure your piece arrives safely and efficiently, we ship directly from our artisan studio using a dedicated priority international line. Once it ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Standard shipping is completely FREE on all orders! We want you to focus on the art, not the logistics.
